Iva Kosović Duvin | Founder & Principal

Before launching Duvin Collaborative, Iva spent more than fifteen years building and leading development programs for some of Miami’s most prominent cultural organizations. She most recently served as Head of Development at The Bass Museum of Art, where she guided fundraising initiatives during a period of major institutional growth. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Advancement and Community Engagement at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science.

Earlier in her career, Iva spent a decade with the New World Symphony, where she developed donor and corporate partnerships, led young patrons’ initiatives, and supported the opening of the Frank Gehry-designed New World Center. As the symphony’s Director of Development, Special Events, she helped transform the annual gala into one of the most successful advancement programs for the institution.

Beyond her work with Duvin Collaborative, Iva remains deeply engaged in the nonprofit community. She is a member of the Arts Leadership Council for University Hospitals of Cleveland, and regularly participates as a grant panelist for the Florida Department of State’s Division of Cultural Affairs. She has also contributed to committees supporting Miami City Ballet, Coconut Grove Cares, and No More Tears.

Born in Croatia, Iva immigrated to the United States at 17 and studied piano performance under Ivan Davis and Kemal Gekić. She holds a Master’s Degree in Performing Arts Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Piano Performance from Florida International University.
